the unique needs of each client. We believe in transparent communication, efficient service delivery, and a
results-driven approach. This Delivery and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which our services are
provided and how refunds are handled.
Service Delivery
Project Start & Completion:
- Services begin once a written agreement or contract is signed and the initial payment or deposit is
received.
- All services — including but not limited to campaign management, SEO, social media marketing, and
consulting — are delivered as per the agreed timeline and scope.
- Any changes to the project scope must be approved in writing and may incur additional charges.
Ad Account Management & Campaigns:
- Xoroclick manages your ad accounts using industry best practices, but we do not guarantee ad
performance or prevent account suspensions or platform-related issues beyond our control.
No Guarantee of Results:
- We aim to meet objectives such as ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) or ROI (Return on Investment), but do not
guarantee specific results.
- Performance depends on market conditions, competition, and other external factors outside our control.
Refund Policy
No Refunds for Rendered Services:
- Once services are delivered — including setup, management, content creation, or consultation — no
refunds will be issued.
- This applies even if performance does not meet projected ROAS or ROI, as many external factors
influence marketing outcomes.
No Refunds for Non-Guaranteed Results:
- We do not refund based on dissatisfaction with results or failure to meet marketing targets.
- As performance fluctuates due to market dynamics, Xoroclick does not guarantee profitability or
success.
Ad Account Issues:
- Xoroclick is not responsible for suspensions, policy violations, or platform restrictions (e.g.,
Google, Facebook, TikTok).
- We ensure compliance to the best of our ability, but no refunds will be granted for issues beyond our
control.
Cancellation of Services:
- If a client cancels the contract before service completion, a pro-rated refund may be considered,
provided no campaigns have been executed.
- Once services are delivered, no refunds will be provided.
Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate, complete, and timely information for successful campaign execution.
- Negative experiences with third-party platforms (e.g., ad networks) do not qualify for refunds or
cancellation without payment for work already performed.
